Launch-control notice: this document is a structured V5 operating draft. Paid display remains controlled by server configuration and must stay disabled until seller identity, jurisdiction-specific wording, tax/accounting treatment and the complete test purchase are approved.

1. Data collected

The pilot reservation form may process an email address, requested registry name or pseudonym, selected Parcel ID and, after payment activation, a public blockchain transaction hash.

2. Purpose

Data is used to answer reservation requests, verify payments, prepare Registry records, issue certificates, prevent duplicate allocation and provide customer support.

3. Public data

A public Registry name must be confirmed by the buyer. Email addresses and other private contact data are not intended for public Registry display.

4. Storage and rights

Final retention periods, controller identity, legal basis and data-subject procedures must be completed before paid launch.

5. Launch alerts and campaign attribution

If you request a Pilot 24 launch alert, MOONGRID processes your email address, optional region interest and first-party campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, landing path and referrer. First-touch and last-touch attribution may be retained for up to 30 days to understand which MOONGRID campaign led to the request or reservation.

6. Analytics instrumentation

The website emits first-party interface events to an internal browser data layer for conversion measurement. No third-party advertising tracker is enabled by this code alone. Any future analytics provider, cookie use or cross-site tracking must be disclosed and configured separately before activation.
