Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Launch-control notice: this document is a structured V5 operating draft. Paid display remains controlled by server configuration and must stay disabled until seller identity, jurisdiction-specific wording, tax/accounting treatment and the complete test purchase are approved.

1. Before payment

A reservation request can be cancelled freely before payment. No fee is charged through the current reservation-only website.

2. After payment

The final policy must reflect the seller jurisdiction, consumer status, digital-service delivery timing, personalization and applicable withdrawal rights. No automatic “no refunds” statement should be published without legal review.

3. Wrong network or token

Payments made to the wrong network, token contract or address may be unrecoverable. The buyer must wait for confirmed instructions and check every character before sending.

4. Duplicate or unavailable parcel

A parcel must not be registered twice. If a verified payment cannot be fulfilled because the parcel was already allocated, the buyer must be offered an equivalent available parcel or an appropriate refund route.
