Launch-control notice: this document is a structured V5 operating draft. Paid display remains controlled by server configuration and must stay disabled until seller identity, jurisdiction-specific wording, tax/accounting treatment and the complete test purchase are approved.

1. Product

MOONGRID provides symbolic digital registry positions associated with lunar coordinates, parcel identifiers, visual materials and platform records. It does not convey legally recognized ownership of physical lunar land, territory, minerals or natural resources.

2. Pilot inventory

Only parcels explicitly marked AVAILABLE — PILOT may be requested. A reservation request is not a completed sale. Availability must be confirmed before payment.

3. Payment and registration

When direct payments are activated, the buyer must use the exact approved network, token and address. Registration occurs only after the transaction, amount, recipient and payment status have been verified.

4. Platform functions

Future transfers, marketplace functions or blockchain claims are planned platform functions and are not guaranteed until they are released under published rules.

5. Prohibited interpretation

The service must not be interpreted as a state land registry, title deed, mining licence, investment product or promise of future value.

6. Planned on-chain claim and Marketplace

On-chain claim and Marketplace functions are planned future services. Eligibility, holding periods and technical rules may be finalized before release. No launch date, liquidity, resale value, minimum price or appreciation is promised.
